We are currently looking for our next superstar to join the Brand Activations team in the role of Network Brand Activations Coordinator. The purpose of the role is to support the Network Activations team in delivering the exceptional activation of campaigns across our portfolio of brands as well as implement low level network campaigns to achieve optimum profitability, enhanced ratings and meet the marketing and communication objectives of all client briefs.

Some Key Responsibilities Include

  • Support the Network Activations Specialists with all elements of agreed sold Commercial and Integrated campaigns that are on brand, on time and on budget ensuring consistent exceptional activation of campaigns across the Network.
  • Support post sales documentation and timelines detailing campaign deliverables and assets required.
  • Manage creation of low level commercial and integrated elements as part of a ‘commercial and integrated’ campaign.
  • Work cohesively with Creative, Local Brand Activation teams, Digital, Content teams and external suppliers to craft the overall experience of your campaigns striving for creative excellence.
  • Campaign monitoring and optimisation based on agreed objectives, compiling regular progress updates for key client stakeholders.
  • Compile key data and insights of the Post Campaign Report, deliverable in a market ready presentation to the client.
  • Communicate and escalate critical campaign elements to Network Activations Specialists along with a well-thought-out solution.

The successful candidate will have;
  • You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in the radio or media industry.
  • Appropriate qualifications in Marketing, Business, Promotions or other related disciplines is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivation & drive
  • The ability to work to deadlines
  • Punctuality and drive
  • Acquire a solid understanding of the ARN brand(s) across KIIS, Pure Gold, The Edge and iHeartRadio.
