The primary purpose of this newly created position will be managing the relationships, BAU support and delivery of key services for the HR and Payroll teams globally. This role will be responsible for all elements related to the delivery of a service, all run, build and project work. The key driver for the appointee will be achieving a consistent, uniformed approach to ensure efficiencies. This is a visible stakeholder management role across all levels of the business including c-suite executives.

Key Accountabilities
  • Deliver the following high-level capabilities to an agreed service quality, schedule, functionality and cost:
    • SuccessFactors module updates
    • Bug fixes and enhancement requests
    • Compliance
  • Manage all BAU support tickets - defects and enhancements.
  • Work with key business stakeholders on short, medium and long term roadmaps.
  • Leading the SAP HR and SAP Payroll IT BAU operations team to monitor performance and quality control plans
  • Supporting the business functions to suggest new insights
  • Contributing to gaining business sponsorship/funding for finance enhancement opportunities
  • Supporting SAP SuccessFactors, Integrations and related Payroll systems and coordination.
Tertiary qualified, you are an adept SAP HR/Payroll and SuccessFactors practitioner with demonstrated experience working on multiple SAP implementations where you have led the SuccessFactors steam of the project.

The ability to leverage your comprehensive understanding of the integration between SAP SuccessFactors and external payroll and time and attendance systems will be essential for improving processes. Naturally, you will be a highly organised self-starter who can manage multiple projects, conflicting priorities and deadlines.
