Following a long period of ORGANIC GROWTH across the dealership, including through 2020, a restructure of our VW offering and expansion of other brands we are looking for a Manager to be both GM Sales and the VW Brand Manager.

As the General Sales Manager, you will be overseeing the work of 3 sales managers who look after 6 other brands. While all 3 sales managers are experienced in their own right the role of the GSM is to coach and mentor the sales managers in improving their results on a consistent basis. This would include stock management, staff training, P&L controls, OEM reporting and compliance, OEM target achievement.

This role reports to our Dealer Principal, Kevin Swanson, who moved up from Melbourne over 5 years ago with his family where he ran dealerships over several years.
