About Your Role

The Contract and Performance Coordinator role supports the Commercial / Contract Manager in the contractual relationship between Thales and the Capability and Sustainment Group (CASG) as represented by Patrol Boat Systems Program Office (PBSPO) in order to:

  • optimise Thales’s profitability by minimising the contractual and financial risks associated with contract performance and by seeking commercial opportunities; and
  • protect Thales’s commercial position throughout the contract’s life cycle, by ensuring ACBP contract performance and support function requirements are met in accordance with the contract and in the best interests of Thales and the Patrol Boat Enterprise.

How About You?

  • Sound business and commercial experience.
  • Great people skills and a proven ability to communicate in a positive manner with internal and external customers.
  • Experience in drafting contract changes and proposals
  • Intermediate level of skill with Microsoft applications particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Sound analysis and judgement skills.
  • Ability to successfully work with people at all levels of an organisation including as part of a team.
  • Experience in coordinating inputs across functional areas
  • Experience in collating and reporting performance and financial metrics
