Our client is opening a brand-new warehouse in Kemps Creek NSW and searching for 3 new Learning Program Managers to join the team in their new state-of-the-art facility.

Learning Program Managers work together and report to the Senior Learning Business Partner. The role is responsible for tasks such as the creation of training and development content, facilitation, coordination and planning of training programs. You will also be a point of contact to support the warehouse leaders for their training and learning requirements.

You will be proficient at using PowerPoint, Rise Articulate, or similar learning products along with exceptional attention to detail for maintaining compliance within our LMS. Ideally, you will be comfortable working with large groups, facilitating content, and working at a fast pace.

The Learning Program Manager can expect to:

  • Directly define and influence the quality of learning content to support the AU Operations team
  • Develop, own, and promote a strategic learning plan across a large scale
  • Work closely with OTD Instructional Designers and Business Intelligence team members to influence current and future content development
  • Facilitate content in front of large groups either in person or virtual delivery
  • Coordinate learning events across multi-site locations
  • Support the development of learning content, assessment, and reporting
  • Support the creation of development plans
  • Occasional travel booking
  • Be prepared to travel between Kemps Creek and Moorebank locations
  • Support and potentially train Business Presenters in line with global OTD training requirements
  • Support miscellaneous and impromptu launch activities!


We are looking for creative individuals that are happy to work at a fast pace to support this very exciting launch in Australia.

This role would suit a previous or current Blue-Collar recruitment consultant/Manager, HR manager /Coordinator or those currently in a learning & development or training role for a large company.

Whilst a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is not required it is highly recommended.

An ability to create Training and learning material would be highly regarded.

Job Offer

The initial contract is offered until the 28th February 2022 with the possibility of an extension after this date.

Immediate start is available for the right candidate.
