The Role

The Operations Contracts and System Administrator will support the Operations Support team by assisting throughout the end-to-end process of Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance orders, supplier purchase order management, and reporting.

  • Commercial review of open work orders post-resolve stages to ensure all costs are captured and where possible job profitability is achieved prior to financial audit stages
  • Weekly/monthly client and management reporting
  • Support the in-house trades team, subcontractors, and managers with reactive allocation, tracking, reporting, and escalating maintenance work orders
  • Complete maintenance coordination and allocation of activities, such as Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance, across multiple services and contracts
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of data and records pertaining to assets and maintenance
  • Close out work orders and perform necessary checks to move purchase orders
This is a full-time position, based at our Sydney CBD office (680 George Street, Sydney) offering a base salary of $60,000 - $75,000 based on skills, experience and qualifications fit for the role.

Skills

& Experience
  • Relevant formal qualifications, such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in or equivalent, in Administration or Management
  • Training in a Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, and/or Environmental related disciplines (desirable)
  • General knowledge of maintenance and trade services
  • Strong customer service orientation across KPI’s and memorable customer experiences
  • Able to prioritise workload and ensure tasks are completed with specified timelines given
  • High level of computer skills, specifically within Microsoft Excel, and the ability to learn new systems
  • Experience of knowledge of the below systems is required:
    • ASTEA / ALLIANCE
    • BSAFE / Manhattan
