Meers Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a National Sales Manager to join high profile global employer of choice that specialise in Lending, Servicing and Advisory within Consumer and Commercial Asset Finance. 


The purpose of the National Manager Sales - Asset Finance is to manage the performance of the asset finance sales team. The key elements of the role are to work with the Head of Sales to develop and execute business strategy and provide strong team leadership and innovative go to market plans. This role is also responsible for maintaining and managing key aggregator relationships. 


Responsibilities include;-

  • To successfully lead the team towards achieving business goals 
  • To ensure the ongoing and appropriate development of staff to enable them to achieve their full potential
  • To create and maintain a positive culture within the group 
  • Manage the development and implementation of sales strategy, with regards to pricing, process and innovation
  • Develop and implement innovative supporting process and related strategies to enhance and maximise sales performance
  • Execute business strategy operationally to achieve business results
  • Identify new business opportunities from new and existing networks
  • Identify new business growth areas that will increase revenue generation
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities internally and externally


To be successful you will possess;-



  • A minimum of 5yrs Senior Management experience within Asset Finance Sales / Third party Sales / Consumer and or Commercial Finance 
  • Relevant degree qualification / Leadership/Management Accreditation 
  • Knowledge of the Regulatory environment
