JOB DESCRIPTION

Due to business growth we are currently seeking a highly organised and process driven Finance & Contracts Administrator to work with our Residential Project Marketing team in our Sydney CBD office. You will working closely with a team of experienced sales agents to support and complete the sales process from the launch of projects through to completion.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing the daily banking and receipting for the Residential division
  • General Trust accounting including, processing of refunds, EOI/sale deposits & investments
  • Manage and update sales database throughout contract lifecycle with accuracy
  • Liaise with solicitors regarding sale documentation and general correspondence
  • Generation of commission and marketing invoices
  • Processing supplier/creditor invoices and staff expenses

Qualifications

In order to succeed in this position you will possess:

  • High attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proactive approach to your work, driving towards achieving business and personal goals
  • Intermediate to Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel
