The Role

EIC Activities is currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant / Office Administrator to join our team based in the Sydney Office. The successful candidate will provide effective, efficient and professional personal administration support to the General Manager and support the EIC Activities Sydney team with additional administrative activities as required.

Key requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in providing high quality administrative support
  • Experience in document management and travel booking systems
  • Intermediate level computer proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Organisational skills and the ability to work within required timeframes
  • Skills in data and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Proactive approach in resolving issues and overcoming obstacles that may arise
  • Time management and the ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Ability to provide reliable, adaptable and confidential administrative support
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of reporting and document control
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Role responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to the EIC Activities Sydney Office Team
  • Provide email, diary and travel management support to the General Manager
  • Support General Manager’s engagement across CIMIC Group
  • Support General Manager’s expenses and credit card management
  • Assist the Executive Assistant with office and facilities manager for the Sydney Office
  • Oversee and administer document management in all forms and formats
  • Meet and greet visitors to the office and ensure required inductions are completed
  • Manage and coordinate meetings, functions and events as required
  • Provide assistance with general administrative needs and assist with day to day office issues for the team
  • General administration duties including photocopying, filing, faxing, printing and binding
  • Provide assistance with travel booking and the expense claim process for the EIC Activities team
  • Demonstrate and behave in a way that is consistent with CIMIC Group values and Code of Conduct
