The Role

Join a busy and hardworking Customer Service Team- due to an increase in sales over the last 9 months the team is looking to expand to be able to support their customers and deliver the highest quality of customer service.

There is a fantastic team dynamic and they are looking for a professional who as well as working hard will want to be involved in team incentives and social activities.

Duties




  • Inbound customer enquiries
  • Supporting the entire customer life cycle
  • Organising credits, replacements and returns
  • Support customers with information on products, delivery and processing times
  • Ensure all information on internal system is accurate
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Customer-centric professional

Requirements



  • 2-3 years Customer Service experience
  • Bubbly personable attitude
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Must live within 30mins of Northern Beaches
  • Strong IT Skills
