Position Description:

Our client is a market-leading education provider that is consistently delivering innovative training programs that empower learners to unleash their potential. They help learners prosper to achieve their personal aspirations while best serving their communities, country, and the world.

The Project and Administration Officer will provide exceptional front-line customer service support via face-to-face, telephone or email to our learners, tutors, and clients. They will liaise with appropriate areas of the company to deliver the training and client service as required.

Duties:

  • Guide people through the learner life cycle
  • Ensure all training service requests are actioned and followed up
  • Act as a first point of contact and provide concierge support for new and existing learners
  • Provide program information and advice related to learner administration policies
  • Assist with solving learner concerns or problems
  • Manage central mailboxes by responding to enquiries and action accordingly
  • Accurately enrol learners and maintain records
  • Provide responsive, professional administrative support
  • And other general administrative duties as directed

Desirable

  • Experience in administration/clerical role (minimum 3 years’ experience)
  • Experience in a service-oriented environment
  • Experience in training and education environment (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Keyboard experience and various software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office suite)
  • Qualifications in Business or Administration or related qualification (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in teams with excellent problem solving / service recovery skills
  • Ability to learn fast with a continuous improvement mindset, including updating knowledge of the industry
  • Well-developed organisational skills, including time management skills and ability to balance competing priorities
