About the Role:



The purpose of this role is to assist with the delivery of the management accounts, budgets and forecasts of Endeavour Foundation. To co-ordinate and improve the financial accounting processes, assist the planning and implementation of systems and conduct process change to improve business outcomes and financial integrity.


  • Provide financial support to the business on various improvement projects and ad hoc business improvements
  • Assist with business modelling and scenario analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in developing business cases in support of identified projects and activities to deliver benefits.
  • Assist with project financial control and reporting of all projects that involve the use of financial information
  • Responsible for the monthly financial Management accounts and Divisional commentary including additional spotlight items for the inclusion in the Board reports.
  • Co-ordinate the preparation of group consolidated management reports
  • Responsible for the budget process engaging will all relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure all relevant Balance Sheet reconciliations for the Division are completed in accordance with the group timetable
  • Co-ordinate the relevant year-end audit procedures and auditor queries during interim and final audit for the Divisions
  • Maintain accurate accounting documentation records to assist with all audit requirements


What you will bring the role:

  • Proven experience over a number of years in a relevant position which contributed to the efficient operation of a team and ensured business outcomes were achieved
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects and delegate activities to meet outcomes within required timeframes
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills: identifying problems, developing solutions and implementing solutions using a logical and systematic approach
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant government and compliance requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate information to customers, finance and non-finance staff members
  • Drives a high-performance culture and displays innovation in developing cost-effective efficient solutions, supporting and achievement of key result areas
  • Takes ownership of change messages, communicating them positively and authentically to othersCA or CPA Qualification.
  • Advanced Excel
  • Experience and competency in accounting software packages Dynamic AX preferred and Microsoft Office suite programs
