THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a full time Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team in QLD, supporting our Wholesale (Simvesta) arm of the business. Reporting to the National Wholesale Manager Simvesta, this important role will identify and create new sales opportunities and provide secondary level management assistance to progress all existing sales through the pre-administration build journey. Some key accountabilities of this role include:

  • Create relationships with smaller developers and Real Estate agents, turning these opportunities into sales by creating House and Land packages that are professionally presented for the Sales team and prospective clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Consultant(s) and/or Manager, i.e. follow up sales accepts and accurate preparation and completion of new home sales orders in anticipation for submission to the Operations team prior to the sales accept process.
  • Follow up on outstanding contractual obligations in conjunction with conveyancer and broker e.g., finance, settlement.
  • Prepare and assess the detail of each sale and present to Manager for approval.
  • Prepare House and Land packages and send to Channel Partners and provide all relevant sales accept documents to Channel Partners for execution with purchase.

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful in this role, we're looking for someone has:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the residential building industry in a similar role
  • An understanding of land development and an ability to read and interpret developer guidelines, engineering plans, POS etc.
  • Strong relationship building skills with expertise in the effective management of diverse internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • A high level of commercial acumen and drive, with demonstrated ability to efficiently manage time frames.
  • Well-developed communication, negotiation and consultation skills and expertise in providing high level advice on a range of complex matters.
  • Analytical, diagnostic, project management and problem-solving skills.
