Our client has a short term contractor requirement for a Change Realisation Manager to design, build and lead enterprise change management strategies, initiatives, processes and tools, provide change management advice and support to key stakeholders across the business.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide highly specialised change management advice, support and coaching to leaders across the business to ensure a smooth transition to the desired end-state of change that ensures employee adoption and usage;
  • Significant requirement to negotiate with the key stakeholders to develop and implement organisational/functional/cross functional change and resistance management plans to support the organisations strategic direction, achieve program objectives/benefits, drive organisational change and embed change management framework principles with leaders and project teams;
  • Provide change management leadership, coaching and advice to the cohort of change managers and other stakeholders who manage change across the enterprise to enable adherence to the change management framework and the delivery of best practice change management services;
  • Provide advice and solutions to track adoption and proficiency of organisational change and communication initiatives and develop and execute associated strategies to manage resistance; and
  • Develop relevant enterprise reports that provide visibility of change management initiatives to Executive Leaders, Senior Leaders, Change Managers, Project Managers and other relevant stakeholders so that inter-relationships and inter-dependencies can be readily identified and managed.

Key Candidate Criteria

  • Extensive knowledge of best practice change management strategies, processes and techniques during major workplace transformation;
  • High level of skill leading complex change programs, understanding/identifying change barriers and implementing robust Change Management solutions in a setting of workplace transformation;
  • High level of skill in development, implementation and evaluation of innovative and effective internal and external change management plans and initiatives within a large and diverse organisation;
  • High level of skill in project management, conceptual thinking and problem solving; and
  • High level of influencing, interpersonal, consultation, relationship building and negotiation skills that build and sustain productive relationships and partnerships.

In addition to above the candidate will also possess the following:

  • Accredited change qualification, tertiary education (business or org psychology) or equivalent industry experience in organisational change management; and
  • Strong stakeholder engagement/ liaise with contractors, consultants and employees.
