A temporary role is on offer for an experienced Graphic Designer to join a Government department.

Your new company
My client is currently seeking to appoint an experienced Graphic Designer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, varied role.

Your new role
This is an autonomous position where you will produce print and digital assets for this department in this standalone position. Working across multiple projects and a variety of mediums including both online and print design, this role requires both a high level of organisation and prioritisation, as well as the ability to deliver on multiple projects with competing deadlines.

You will have an eye for detail with a creative flair and be able to produce high quality artwork utilising your advanced skills in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. You will have the ability to take a creative brief and bring it to life quickly and within tight timeframes.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator using a MAC or PC
  • Demonstrated experience in a portfolio producing both print and digital assets
  • Previous experience operating at an AS04 level in Government
  • Videography experience would be advantageous
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously to tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and the ability to proofread
  • Availability to commence immediately
