What you’ll be doing
  • delivering an exceptional experience and enjoy interacting with customers to identify their needs;
  • creating a simple and brilliant customer experience, offering solutions that best meet their needs and not be afraid to get in and do some troubleshooting on basic technical issues;
  • responding to sales and service enquiries relating to a range of products and services;
  • helping customers get the most out of their technology;
  • building strong relationships and working to understanding their needs, you will confidently coach customers through technical issues and be able to explain how to use our online self-help tools and applications; and
  • working in an agile and ever-changing work environment with constant support and leadership guidance.
Who we’re looking for:
  • People who have Inbound, outbound Sales or Customer Service experience in a large-scale organisation
  • Experience working in a contact centre or retail store
  • Proven experience in solving problems
  • The ability to maintain customer relationships
  • Can learn and use new systems quickly
  • Excellent listening skills along with a friendly personality and a genuine desire to help people
  • The flexibility to work across a rotating roster between 7:00am – 7:00pm, 7-days/ week.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided; the hourly rate is $28.86 per hour + super. Weekend and evening shifts will accrue relevant shift allowances.
