We have a 6 month opportunity for a Legislative Officer to join our legal team.

6 month fixed-term opportunity

In this role you will provide support to the Senior Legislative Advisor and be responsible for providing quality and timely advice, recommendations, reports and responses in relation to the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002.

Who are we looking for

  • Experience providing legislative advice, ideally in a regulatory environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of government administrative processes and statutory obligations
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders and prepare clear and concise advice and briefs
