JOB DESCRIPTION

The Wellbeing Consultant is a newly created role within PIRSA’s People and Culture Unit. The primary purpose of the role is to deliver initiatives to increase employee wellbeing and psychological safety across PIRSA. The role contributes to delivering the agency’s priorities through increasing employee engagement and wellbeing, resulting in a more productive, effective and high performing organisation. This will contribute to PIRSA being recognised as an employer of choice. The Wellbeing Consultant will be responsible for delivering the PIRSA Mentally Healthy Workplaces and Wellbeing Action Plan and will contribute to the achievement of the People and Culture Strategic Plan more broadly.

Requirements
  • You acknowledge your work health and safety obligations and our expectations.
  • This role has been designated as a Position of Trust pursuant to the standards required in the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework. By applying for this role, you consent to being screened under the process of obtaining a National Police Clearance (NPC), and to the Department requiring you to obtain a National Police Clearance (NPC).

  • Desirable: A psychology, neuroscience or other similar qualification would be advantageous
