Applications are sought from administration professionals for this casual front of house position. If you thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy client interaction this role will provide a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a health environment. 

The Position:

This role will support our Consulting Rooms team to provide coverage for staff members planned and ad hoc leave. In this position, you will provide reception and administrative services to our patients, staff, visiting Specialists and Consultants. Duties will include responding to telephone enquiries, greeting patients and managing patient appointments, maintaining patient records and cashiering duties. Key to this role is the provision of an efficient and professional service in a busy environment. 

Key criteria you need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration/reception role
  • Well-developed Microsoft Office and typing skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional, person centred manner
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team player in a cohesive and collaborative manner.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with highly developed time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • A qualification in Office Administration (such as Certificate III in Business) is preferred
