JOB DESCRIPTION

Short Description

The Delivery & Change Lead will play a role supporting the project team and IT deployment efforts in performing a business impact analysis, developing adoption program components, and coordinating the project and/or IT implementations.

This role will involve working closely with business analysis and project managers as well as the broader IT team and organisational stakeholders to create product change impact assessments, implementation and migration coordination, presentation development, project and or technology release adoption updates, and the successful application of the change management and adoption framework and methodologies.

About the Centre

This role is based at Box Hill and will allow an option to work from home two to three days a week, which will be mutually agreed upon and subject to change from time to time. There may need to be occasional travel to other YMCA centres, camps and offices.

Qualifications

Mandatory Pre-Requisite Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • A valid Australian car licence
  • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
  • Agile /Project management/BA training
  • Change management foundations/practitioner
