About the client


From minor rail maintenance to major design and construction projects, our client offers a variety of work and career opportunities both in New Zealand and Australia.


Due to the recent award of projects in Auckland and Wellington and an exciting pipeline of work they are looking to grow their team.



They are now looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team on a 6-month contract.



The role:


  • Processing purchase orders and goods receipting, including open purchase order report review.

  • Assisting in administrating the delivery of utility contract services to the client

  • Collating and checking of daily job records for accurate job cost management.

  • Open, monitor, and close contract/project work orders as required.

  • Create subcontract payments and deal with any issues if they arise.

  • Full time role (40 hours per week) good flexible working arrangements, must be available to work Fridays and the last day of the month.



The person:


  • Computer literate and experience of data entry and use of databases.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

  • Proven experience within contract management environments.

  • A natural and enthusiastic team playerProven time management skills

  • Great communication and people skills

  • A full driver license.
