Twomeys Mining and Engineering is a Geraldton based Mine Services company providing Engineering, Fabrication and Shutdown Labour to a range of mining companies throughout the Midwest and Goldfields regions of Western Australia.

About the role

Due to increased business growth, we have a full-time permanent Recruitment Administrator position available in our Burswood office.

The role will work in conjunction with the Recruitment Manager to support Twomeys regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding employees to site via electronic portals
  • Conduct Pre – Employment Screening
  • Attract and interview applicants
  • Update and input data to CRM and company files.
  • Liaise frequently with employees and customers verbally and electronically.

Essential Criteria

  • Strong communication and organised administratively.
  • Excellent computer knowledge with MS office particularly Excel
  • Confident phone manner
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Experience working within a recruitment department of a blue collar or mining company is highly desirable.
