Following ongoing growth in the company on we are looking for a proactive, outgoing and confident person to join our Finance Team.

Client Details

The client is a specialist supplier and service provider to the Maritime & Defence Industries of Australia. They are involved in boat building, commercial fishing, work boats, Oil & Gas industry, Search & Rescue, Passenger Ferry Operator or Merchant Shipping.


Data entry including:

  • Accounts AR/AP, invoicing and job costing functions
  • General office admin duties as required to support Finance Department
  • Accounts Payable Supplier invoice entry
  • Basic Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and administrative technologies generally. Microsoft Office skill level Intermediate required. Excel a must


  • Right to work in Australia
  • High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
  • 3 year's experience
  • Strong A/R is a must. Especially in the area of receivables management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time management skills with ability to multi-task, prioritise and follow up
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Time efficient with ability to respond as needed to ensure key deadlines are met
  • Committed, dependable and have effective communication, customer service and social skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a small productive accounts/admin team
  • Ability to confidently communicate with all stakeholders
  • Teachable
