Your new role
NAB Connect is the internet banking platform for NAB’s Business customers. As a NAB Connect Servicing Advisor you will be taking calls from NAB Business & Corporate customers who require assistance with the NAB Connect platform. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Taking inbound calls from Business customers
  • Providing solutions to NAB’s Business customers
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Navigating through multiple different systems
  • Taking up to 30 calls per day
  • Assisting with other departments with ad hoc admin duties
  • This role is initially a 6-month temporary assignment with the view to extend or become permanent. You will be required to be available to work between the hours of 8am-8pm on a rotating roster.

Due to the on-going nature of this role, you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous contact centre experience (preferred)
  • Previous retail/admin/hospitality experience
  • Ability to use multiple systems
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Fast learner
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to think outside the box
