Your new role
As Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will report into the Marketing Manager and support with the development and delivery of the communication and marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for all external brand communications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement marketing, public relations and communications strategies, across digital and print channels
  • Assist with the development and implementation of key strategic documents such as the communications and marketing strategy, social media strategy and brand style guide
  • Create and leverage internally developed content (interviews, videos, podcasts, webinars, articles)
  • Write, edit and proof-read communications content to influence a wide range of audiences
  • Monitor and measure impact of digital activity and analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximise results
  • Create promotional collateral using a combination of templates or collaboration with a designer
  • Write and edit media releases when requires and respond to media enquires

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Marketing and Communications Coordinator, with a proven capability in managing and coordinating a busy, high volume workload to a high standard. This role will require the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive copy writing experience with the ability to write, edit, proof-read communications materials across a range of mediums including social media
  • Experience using website content management systems and produce e-newsletters
  • Demonstrated experience in working with digital media, including content creation and planning
  • Confidence in working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
