The Company

Our client is a growing, dynamic company in the manufacturing industry, and they are seeking a Receptionist to join their office based in Arndell Park. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly team, where you'll receive training and support from a wide variety of stakeholders. The team like to have fun at work, and you'll be part of a great working environment.

The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

· Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff

· Scheduling meetings and appointments

· Being a main point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders

· Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries

· Responding to basic customer queries

· Finding ways to improve administrative processes

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be looking for a stable role in a great team environment. You will be the first point of contact for external customers so your friendly disposition and personable communication style will set you up for success. This is a Monday to Friday role, and there is the option (if you desire) to work a half day on Saturdays, for which you will be paid overtime rates.
