The Company

Our client is a reputable household brand having established a strong presence within the Australian market with year-on-year growth and are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Administration Officer to join the team. Working within a collaborative, fast paced and results orientated environment, you will take the reigns over the Accounts Payable function.

The Role

As the Accounts Payable / Administration Officer you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Processing of weekly supplier invoices
  • Processing & Reconciliations of Purchase Orders
  • Preparation of weekly payment runs
  • Preparation of Reconciliations - Supplier & General Ledger
  • Assisting with EOM processes including EOM accruals
  • Maintain expenses for Senior Executive team
  • Manage travel arrangements for Senior Executive team
  • Manage general office administrative tasks as required

Your Profile

  • 2 - 3 years' experience within a full function Accounts Payable position
  • Experience with travel & diary management, high desirable
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal skills is a must
  • High level of attention to detail with a methodical mindset
  • Excellent time management, highly resilient and adaptable within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with SAP desirable
