While working from reception, a major component of this role will be assisting our Sales admin team and Property Management Department. Duties include:

  • Opening and closing of the office daily
  • Responsible for a busy switchboard
  • Liaising with walk in enquiries
  • Accurate message taking
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Monitoring the office email account
  • Maintain and manage data entry into the company database
  • Downloading and electronically filing property images
  • Preparing weekend open home kits
  • Create and print sales brochures and flyers
  • Maintain front of house presentation and window brochures
  • Preparation of daily banking
  • Assist the Property Management and Sales teams

To Be Successful you will have the following attributes

  • Proven reception and administrative experience (1-2 years) in a busy office - preferably Real Estate
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite skills including Word, Outlook, Excel and Publisher
  • First class customer service and presentation
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Database systems experience
  • Proactive, punctual (hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm), reliable and team oriented
  • The ability to create a positive impression via a professional and courteous manner

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a traineeship via the REIT in Property Services, which will be paid for by the company.
