Toll People are recruiting for an experienced internal Recruitment Consultant and a resourcer to join our Global Logistics division in Kewdale.

As a recruitment consultant for Toll People, your primary focus will be to source talent for blue collar whilst managing a portfolio of clients as well as some of our external partners. As a resourcer, your focus will be purely on sourcing experienced blue collar temporary staff whilst assiting with compliance.

You will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with clients to maintain relationships and keep them informed on the progress of all roles in a timely manner
  • Temporary employee management and engagement
  • Attracting, assessing and managing a pipeline of quality candidates for the Toll Group along with regular phone and face to face interviews
  • Database management and general administration duties including compliance and aftercare
  • Ensuring OH&S issues are managed, reported and recorded according to the specific Toll People requirements
  • Internal and external stake holder engagement
  • Ensure the database system (FastTrack) is maintained in relation to client / candidate movements, site visits, information and job orders
  • Identify business opportunities for Toll People's service

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally within a blue collar environment
  • The drive and ambition to progress your career in recruitment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A passion for customer service with a pleasant and friendly telephone manner and a high level of communication skills (written and verbal)
  • The ability to establish and maintain relationships with personnel from other States / branches along with candidates and external clients
  • Prioritise and work under pressure across multiple departments with possible competing demands
  • Prior experience dealing with difficult stakeholders and meeting expectations in a timely manner
