JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is a reputable company based in Richmond and they are seeking Customer Service Champions to take inbound calls, to join their team ASAP.

  • Immediate start
  • Richmond Location
  • Rotating roster, Monday - Friday, 8am - 6.30pm
  • Geat incentives
  • Inbound calls

About you:

You will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive customer service professional with an exceptional phone manner.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is task-focused and wants to join a great team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answer all incoming calls and handle enquiries
  • Updating database post calls
  • Data Entry
  • Liaising with customers
  • General administration duties

To be considered for this position you must possess the following:

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft packages
  • Inbound call centre experience (advantages)
  • Customer service experience
  • Professional phone manner
  • Strong accuracy and attention to details
  • Have experience working to KPI's
  • Have a strong work ethic and be able to work under pressure

Please note: a successful police clearance will be required for this role.
