Our well planned expansion program is in full swing and we are ready to welcome two new senior BDM dynamos to our team. If you know that B2B sales is all about building strong relationships, authentic communication, delivering what you promise, and owning it when you stuff up, then we share the same beliefs.

You don't need to know everything about the garment industry if you are capable, driven, and a proven success in your current industry, we can teach you the rest.

THE ROLE

As a senior Business Development Manager your primary focus will be driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with your existing clients. Your unwavering focus on superior client satisfaction will ensure that strong relationships are built and every customer is delighted. You will be required to:

    • Generate sales with new and existing clients
    • Put forward initiatives for increasing sales and identify new opportunities
    • Represent the business with your warm personality and stylish edge
    • Liaise with management, administration and production team members to ensure commitments made to clients are achievable
    • Embrace the advanced CRM system and keep on top of both inbound and outbound leads
    • Ensure lightning fast follow-up
    • Develop and maintain strong reporting procedures
    • Hold your ground, have integrity and build rock solid relationships with your clients.

    This is a fairly autonomous role where you will be required to prioritise your workload and feedback critical information to the national sales manager.This is a full time salary position with all the tools you need; fully maintained company car, phone, laptop etcIn addition to your salary we reward your performance with an uncapped commission bonus system, paid monthly.

    THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

    With a strong background in B2B sales you have experience building strong relationships with a wide variety of clients. You are keen to sink your teeth into a company where you can spread your wings and show what you are made of.

    You Possess The Following Skills And Experience
    • A sensational can-do attitude
    • Proven sales success in B2B environment
    • Superior organisational and time management skills
    • Confident and professional communication skills
    • Proficiency with CRM systems and a dedication to keep all data up to date
    • You know that constant contact wins the contract
    • Proven ability to delight clients with your service standards
    • Experience preparing tenders for large contracts.

    Although not essential it would set you apart from other applicants if you had:
    • experience selling to health, blue collar or corporate clients
    • experience in the garment industry
