Your role in our future.

Working within the Research Education Team, this role will contribute to the ongoing development and management of the Comprehensive Cancer PhD Program. The position is focused on building on existing learning programs to provide a broad program of academic and professional development opportunities for cancer research students. This role will also support and drive the expansion of the Peter Mac Research Professional Development Program. This program aims to broaden professional development opportunities hospital-wide for our Postdocs (primary target) and other Peter Mac Research staff and students to benefit them in their current roles and to increase their potential for career progression within Peter Mac or externally.
This is an opportunity for an excellent communicator with proven project management skills and a passion for education and training.
About you:
  • PhD degree with relevant experience in education and training

  • Knowledge and understanding of the tertiary education sector
  • Experience working in administrative roles in a fast-paced complex environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team

Essential: A PhD with subsequent relevant experience in education and training.
