The Opportunity

Join our high-performance team as an Account Manager. You will have an allocated account portfolio, premium technical product range, structured training program, and a sales incentive plan designed to reward high performers. You will be responsible for building and managing a strong pipeline of deals whilst continually improving our “share of wallet” with your allocated accounts. We run a structured sales model with primarily office-based sales team, backed up by our technical experts and customer support team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Close deals + hit sales targets (“win deals + deliver targets”)
  • Strategic account management (“run your portfolio like a business in a business”)
  • Build + manage sales pipeline (“do the right things, at the right time”)
  • Customer experience + success (“make the client an advocate”)
  • Grow expertise in products, applications, sales skills, sales system (“become an expert”)

You will be using the latest sales enablement technology and be dealing with “Tier-1” mining and engineering companies. Our business is growing fast and heading towards a global roll-out of new innovative technology from our R&D team. This high-growth environment creates great opportunities for talented high-achievers.
