We are currently recruiting for full time, PEGA positions: Senior Business Architect and Lead Business Architect for Sydney, Australia Location.

Qualifications & experience

  • PRPC Technical, Service Delivery and Product knowledge:
  • Certified Pega Business Architect
  • Minimum experience of atleast 3-5 years of implementing PRPC.
  • Experience designing & development of Pega Architecture and developing process-based solutions.
  • Agile/Scrum experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree desirable but not essential.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Functioning as a technical business analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs.
  • Interacting with the client Pega COE team and making sure all the guidelines set are met.
  • Working with business areas to elicit and document business requirements using industry best practices in facilitation, documentation and management of requirements, leveraging industry standard tools.
  • Educating the client on the Pega features to drive value proposition.
  • Guide business areas and team members through the process of designing solutions that deliver expected business value while maximising use of BPM / Business Transformation best practices. Listen closely to customer needs, develop thoughtful recommendations and effectively explain your rationale in order to steer business areas towards an optimal solution.
  • Participate in and drive project scoping discussion by either eliciting high-level process milestones and feature-level details to support formation of project roadmaps, sizing estimates, user story maps, and other project baseline artefacts, as requested by project leadership.
  • Be responsible for high-quality development deliverables, understanding that good code starts with good requirements. Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements are written thoroughly, are fully understood by all team members, and are tested properly.
  • Responsible for overall design & development of business process management solutions using Pega.
