About the Role:

Our federal government client is seeking two highly experienced Business Support Officers to assist with delivery of its ongoing corporate responsibilities and planned/ad-hoc IT-specialist services requirements.

Note: one position will be based in Sydney, the other position in Darwin. Any required work travel and accommodation will be paid for.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Business Support Officers will:

  • Provide device management support and provisioning regarding phones, laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
  • Provide asset management support services.
  • Desktop support for local and regional sites.

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience as PC Support officers for large and complex organisations with a focus on service delivery.
  • Strong background and experience with customer service and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain a high professional standard.
  • Previous experience with a federal government department would be highly regarded.
