Join the People & Culture team in this time of growth as a full time Employee Services Officer with monthly ADOs, based at Jane Bell House North Melbourne.

Your success in this role, will be in your ability to

  • Provide timely and accurate advice to employees and managers on diverse operational HR activities, processes and procedures across the employee life cycle.

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic and changing environment with the ability to meet deadlines and manage expectations.

  • Undertake HR transactional tasks in the HR system across the employee life cycle that may include on-boarding new employees, processing contract changes, entering salary and leave adjustments, maintaining accurate and complete employee data in the system and off-boarding employees.

  • Deliver innovative process improvement initiatives that add value to the business

Your Contribution

  • Excellent communication skills that enables professional relationship development across a broad range of people.

  • Sound knowledge of payroll and/ or employee services and related legislation and a professional approach to maintaining currency of knowledge

  • A working knowledge of relevant Industrial Awards, Regulations, Acts, and local agreements.
