By applying the latest, advanced innovations in cosmetic medical technology we offer our clients non-invasive treatments that yield in great results but only require a little or no downtime.

We are looking for an experienced Client Success Team Member to join Gro Clinics on a permanent part time basis.

The role

As our Client Success Team Member, you will be our primary point of contact for all client feedback, concerns and general enquiries. This role would be perfect for someone who has worked on a busy reception or in a call centre. The person in this role must make a great first impression.

You will be responsible for

  • Receiving and triaging in-bound calls
  • Answering calls in a timely manner
  • Taking messages and forwarding on to appropriate person
  • Forwarding on calls as required
  • Scheduling appointments where applicable
  • Answering questions in accordance with training
  • Handling all calls in a positive manner in accordance with company protocols
  • Handling complaints according to company’s Client Complaint Procedure
  • Ensuring a positive work environment

This role will be home based and suit someone who can work autonomously without any distractions during their shift.

As long as you are heavily focused on delivering outstanding customer service and results, as well as getting the job done right, then, WE WANT YOU!
