Our client, a well-established home and community care organisation is seeking new team members to join their local teams. We are expanding to deal with an increase in new clients requiring services, with the expansion of Consumer Directed Care and NDIS.

We are wanting to offer you a foot in the door to the industry, whilst working as a Trainee Community Support Worker, you can complete, personal care, activities of daily living, socialisation, and domestic tasks.


  • Victorian driver license and reliable vehicle
  • Smartphone
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability Care, Community Services or Individual Support
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check
  • Working with Children's Care (employee - valid prior to 1st February 2021) or and NDIS Workers Check
  • Great attitude
  • Reliable
  • Willingness to learn and work
  • Minimum of 3rd party car insurance

Roles are available Monday to Sunday.

Monday to Friday work is available from 7:00am - late afternoon or from early afternoon to 9:00pm at night*.

Saturday and Sunday work is available 8:00am - 11:00am and 4:00pm - 7:00pm*.

*These times will vary depending on your availability, the client's needs, requirements, and service schedules.

All roles will be offered on a part-time basis, you will sign a national training contract, be paid regular wages, and work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with the opportunity to work 25+ hours per week, depending on your availability.

You will be visiting (clients - ageing or disability clients) in their homes and supporting them with services, which may include:
