JOB DESCRIPTION

Lending, banking, building or construction admin experience or a graduate with an interest in banking? Big 4 bank! 12 and 6 month contracts! CBD!

  • $28.86-30.49 p/h + super (pay rate will be dependent on experience)
The roles will be based in the office for training, with the potential to work from home after contractors are competent and confident.

Contractors may be able to work from home once deemed competent by Manager. Contractor will still be required to come into the office every now and again.

There may be opportunities for overtime once competent, which will be paid at overtime rates as per the BFI Award.

What will my day to day look like?

· Preparing application for settlements

· Verifying and completing digital documents for settlement

· Liaising with solicitors/brokers/lenders for rectify shortfalls

· Reviewing and reply to a high volume of conversations to facilitate settlement

· Managing booking and rebooking Settlements

· Escalations and complaints

Other details:

· Training to be conducted from the office.

· There may be the opportunity to work from home once contractors are competent. Please make it clear to candidates that it is up to their team leader as to when the contractor is considered competent and contractors will not fully work from home in this role. It will be a hybrid set up of attending the office and working from home once contractors are competent.

· Roles required due to increased volumes and a new process has been created.

· Working hours between 9am-5.30pm or 9.30am-6pm Monday to Friday.

What skills and experience will I need?

  • Graduate with an interest in banking
  • Banking/lending experience is ideal but not necessary with exposure to construction processes.
  • Experience working with brokers, lenders, builders/construction professionals.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail.
