About the role
Our Client Services Officer plays a key role in liaising with staff, clients and their families and ensuring that our services are exceptional and delivered appropriately. You will also be responsible for answering incoming calls from clients and employees promptly and courteously, providing clear and accurate information as well as rostering to ensure all patients are seen by our Support Worker team as needed.
What you bring
  • Previous Rostering Experience
  • Drivers Licence
  • Ability to manage a switch board
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to cope with multiple demands of phones, emails and schedules
  • Digital literacy skills, in particular excel, emails and word processing with the ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
  • A valid Ochre Card or willingness to get one.

Selection Criteria
Desirable: Do you have experience in an aged care environment?
Essential: Do you have a First Aid Certificate?
Essential: Are you aware of any pre-existing injury or disease that may be affected by the work? Note: Under Section 82 (7&8) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 failure to disclose information regarding pre-existing injuries or diseases may result in the employee not being entitled to Workers Compensation.
Essential: Do you have a current drivers licence?
Essential: Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills?
Essential: Are you computer literate? You will be required to roster for support workers.
Essential: Are you committed to excellent customer service and continuous quality service?
