The opportunity 


As the Customer Service Supervisor you will provide leadership, support and coaching to your Customer Service team, build constructive relationships with customers, supervise the day to day office operations to optimize outcomes and meet service objectives. This will be achieved by leading and role modelling, fostering a customer centric culture by creating an environment where new ideas that improve service delivery can be constructively explored, encouraged and implemented. Together with your team, you will meet our customers needs. 


In addition, you’ll:


  • manage the intake of all orders, quotes and enquiries
  • supervise the accounts function - payroll, accounts receivable and support accounts payable
  • be responsible for SOX governance
  • oversee capital expenditure requirements
  • ensure daily targets and KPI’s are being met by the Customer Service team 
  • manage internal price drivers, direct costing queries and pre-invoicing sales reports


About You


We’re looking to leverage your experience and knowledge in leading and supervising a team combined with an understanding of manufacturing processes pertaining to product costings, production planning and production scheduling.


We’re looking for a team player that loves to partner and contribute to a positive work environment, who is collaborative and pragmatic in their approach to providing quality customer service, with demonstrated capability in self-motivation, initiative and the ability to exercise independent judgement. 


You will have: 


  • previous experience within the Construction and/or Doors industry, advantageous
  • advanced computer competency and ability to quickly obtain competency utilizing our in-house CRM 
  • salesforce experience, preferred
