About You

You are a highly organised and customer service focused HR/P&C coordinator/ administrator with exceptional attention to detail and communication skills. You have a precise and process driven approach to your work and can successfully manage multiple complex tasks. You pride yourself on timeliness, accuracy, professionalism and pragmatism, and have the ability to build strong relationships at all levels within an organisation. You are passionate and motivated and demonstrate exceptional moral values in all that you do.

About The Role

Reporting to the People & Capability Specialist, you will assist the HR Advisory team with transactional support including the generation of Letters of Employment, employment variation letters and other HR/P&C related tasks. You will provide transactional HR/P&C and first level advisory support to employees and managers in Asia Pacific (AsPac) from within a centralised shared service environment. As a critical support to the business you will resolve all queries/contracts/variations accurately, within a timely manner with complete query resolution and closure of all queries as they arise.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
  • The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field
  • Sound experience in HR/P&C coordination/administration
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (SAP), processes and tools
  • Knowledge/ management of a CRM system or equivalent
  • Intermediate level MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Proven experience working in a large/enterprise size company
