About The Role

Reporting to the Payroll Team Lead, you will ensure timely and accurate reconciliation and payment of wages and related payments in accordance with relevant EA’s Awards or individual agreements. You will ensure all payroll / HR legislative requirements are met, keeping abreast of changes and implementing as required. You will utilise your exceptional attention to detail and communication skills to provide effective end to end payroll services, respond to payroll queries, and above all, provide excellence in customer service.

You will also provide administration and operational support to the Senior Payroll Administrator and will respond to payroll queries, escalating to the appropriate support team as required.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
  • Minimum of 12 months experience working in a payroll/administrative role preferably within a Shared Service Centre
  • The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
  • Ability to research and understand relevant HR & payroll regulations, legislation, guidelines and policies
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications
  • Functional knowledge of SAP HCM and VERSA
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • High level verbal and written communication
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service
