Regional Sales Manager

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will recruit, build, manage sales team and deliver sales targets via management of relationships with clients, generation of new sales leads, and maintaining local sales team to drive revenues and profits within the guidelines set by the company. 

Key Accountabilities: 

1. Build and manage local sales team. 

2. Hunting for new business relationships including referral, partner, business institution, fund manager, and other opportunities. 

3. Build and maintain rapport with existing clients and identify any further sales opportunities. 

4. Preparing periodic business reports. 

5. Liaise with internal team to produce best service for clients. 

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:  

1. At least 3 years working and management experience in CFD and FX brokers. 

2. Proficient in English and Mandarin is a must. 

3. Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy. 

4. Experience working to and exceeding targets. 

5. Strong passion in this industry and enjoy working with people. 

6. Able to build rapport with institutions and other business clients.
