The Impact Innovation Group is a specialist innovation management and technology commercialisation organisation that has been in operation for nearly 15 years. The company provides products and services in:

- Innovation management systems and processes

- Technology commercialisation

- Skills development and collaboration programs

Clients range from government agencies, universities, Australian listed and unlisted companies, multinationals, NGOs through to startup companies.

With the expansion of company activities we are looking for an Administration Manager that will undertake the following roles:

- Developing, improving, and implementing administrative policies and processes

- Providing first-line assistance and support to colleagues in relation to business and project administrative tasks

- Planning, coordinating, and supporting project events, office meetings, and functions

- Overseeing complex activities, such as reporting, budget reconciliations, and sensitive document handling

- Provide CRM and client correspondent management, including EDM marketing and reporting.

- Digital marketing support including the creation and monitoring of social media content, blog articles, website updates, landing page updates, and ad campaign updates

- Coordinate and organise access to internal IT systems including password management and responding to queries from staff

- Monitor corporate email, direct business queries to relevant team members, onboard new staff with systems and tools & support existing staff with technical queries

- Support project teams in proposal and tender preparation and implementing client projects

- Compile training materials and administration of travel and other logistics of presenters

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

- 5+ years experience working in an office setting

- Demonstrated experience working in a Professional Services firm

- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and have a firm but flexible approach to work

- Excellent office management and administration skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent time management skills

- An ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Attention to detail

- Microsoft platform skills

- Experience working within the industry will be highly regarded.
