High profile Development Company is seeking an experienced HR Manager

Your new company
This well-known Development company is going through some significant growth and are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their busy fast paced, people and culture section.

Your new role
With a significant amount of work this company is looking for a HR Manager to assist the HR Director with delivering the organizations HR strategy. Key responsibilities would include:

  • Build strong relationships across the Company to understand its people challenges with a view to actively address
  • Support and drive change management and HR related initiatives
  • Provide quality and timely advice to the executives, driving position change across all aspects of the employee Lifecycle
  • Support the recruitment process by identifying key talent, conducting interviews, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Effectively manage all workers compensation claims with a view to support early intervention and positive return to work outcomes.
  • Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Support other assigned functions
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human resources or equivalent.
  • Commercial mindset with high emotional intelligence to deliver positive business outcomes.
  • Effective Workplace relations and people management skills.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Fantastic organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
