Great opportunity to join this busy customer centric business going through a large digital change project. As a crucial Support Officer/ Administrator you will work closely within a supportive team within a stable growing business.

The key responsibilities of the role include;
  • Record and distribute documents presented for assessment
  • Make clear and detailed case notes to enable tracking and enhance workflow management
  • Monitor and action various automated reports as required
  • Accurately and securely sort and file documentation for delivery meeting tight KPI timeframes
  • Assist in document preparation and scanning as required within KPI timeframes
  • Provide support to the Team Leaders as required.
What you need for the role:
  • Solid experience working within team administration roles
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Time Management and prioritising skills are essential
  • Agile, with a keen problem solving ability within the manual/electronic workflow space
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn digital platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
