We are looking for a CRM Marketing Associate who will work closely with the CRM Marketing Manager, the B2C Marketing team. The CRM team focuses on getting new and existing customers to shop online and using our services.

CRM marketers at Klarna are fundamental players in the planning and execution of campaigns that nurture and convert shopping consumers for the Klarna mobile app. You will bring exceptional organisation, communication, and collaboration, while constantly optimising for the desired outcome. 

We are looking for someone who can be a key part of executing and implementing Klarna’s global consumer shopping CRM program for Australia!

What you’ll do 

Working as the CRM Marketing Associate you are at the heart of Klarna’s success. Together with the CRM Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering multi-channel campaigns to Klarna customers, as well as supporting the delivery of automated lifecycle campaigns.

You will use analysis and optimisation of campaigns, alongside CRM best practices to ensure that customer communications are timely, targeted and ultimately increase customer activation, retention and loyalty.
