About Us:

Click n Collect designs, produces and sells electronic locker solutions (refrigerated and non-refrigerated) to large retailers (e.g., Tesco, Coles, Woolworths), corporate offices and residential developers globally. We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team player, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience, to join our growing management team.

About this Role:

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing company in the burgeoning last mile delivery sector and work with some of the world's largest retailers and companies (JP Morgan Chase).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project tasks get completed quickly and efficiently
  • Identify and remove project bottlenecks quickly and with ease
  • Provide exceptional and timely service, to develop trusted and genuine relationships internally and with clients
  • Detailed record-keeping to ensure clear and up to date account management
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders to achieve quick and efficient trouble shooting (software and hardware maintenance) on behalf of our clients
  • Clearly communicate and keep all stakeholders up to date on project matters
  • Support management with onboarding new clients, tenders, sales projects
  • Make a valuable contribution to growing the business

It is essential that you have a strong work ethic (you manage the business like it's your own) and a commitment to service excellence. Prior experience in a similar (Account Coordinator) role is required so that you can hit the ground running and ensure that you're set up for success.

You will need to:

  • Be self-motivated and able to operate independently
  • Have meticulous attention to detail
  • Be highly organised and capable (sometimes) of organising those around you
  • Be capable of multitasking, to ensure tasks/projects are completed on time
  • Posses a structured and process driven approach to task completion
  • Have advanced computer skills (including MS Office suite), excellent communication, verbal, written and listening skills
  • Be eager to approach tasks with a proactive, can-do attitude, have a passion to learn, develop and teach the team how to do things faster and more efficiently

This position is most suited to an applicant with a TAFE or University BA/BS degree in Account/Project Management, Business Administration, Customer Service, Media and/or communication.

Experience in importing goods, social media, website creation and management, copywriting will be favourably considered.
