The IT team are currently looking for a Service Delivery Administrator (Helpdesk).

What you'll do:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and friendly IT professional.

In this role you will provide responsive and reliable first level IT support, and effective incident resolution. With an ability to prioritise and manage workloads, you will develop and maintain an in depth knowledge of the products and services provided and supported by the Airport IT team. You will ensure all requests or faults that you cannot deal with are appropriately escalated to internal SME’s ensuring that the customer is kept informed about the status of the incident, that the incident is resolved within the expected time frame, and that the customer is satisfied with the final resolution. Being the first point of contact for IT, you will take pride in providing excellent customer service and technical support to a wide range of stakeholders.

About you:

You will have worked in a similar role and have recent experience in a service desk / help desk environment. Whilst not essential, you may hold an IT related tertiary accreditation and you have knowledge of and experience in supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Active Directory in a corporate environment. You will have the ability to effectively triage and troubleshoot technical issues using investigative techniques with minimal or no disruption to services. You will be naturally friendly, have great communication skills, a customer focussed approach to everything you do and you enjoy working in a team environment.
